One of the things I do to make OTR more enjoyable is to batch cook meals for the road. This weekend I just compleded my winter season batch.
The flat bags are from last prep, and in total over 100 servings to start the season off and when home, I will cook a meal or two to keep up until next bulk prep...but winter is my favorite foods.
